Staff Presentation Part 1: The ABCs of LGBTQ+
Run Time - 60 minutes
This presentation focuses on the language used by members of the LGBTQ+ community. The presentation includes basic definitions and the currently accepted terminology. The presentor will also include some very basic ways to support members of the LGBTQ+ community both personally and professionally. DCPC presents this information in a safe and welcoming environment to give audience members the opportunity to ask questions and learn. The focus audience for this presentation is anyone who wants learn more about the LGBTQ+ community.
These presentations can be done individually or preferably as a 2-part series.

Staff Presentation Part 2: Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth
Run Time - 60 minutes
This presentation focuses on how to support the LGBTQ+ community, particularly youth. The main focus is on education surrounding the issues trans youth face and attempting to correct common misconceptions about trans and gender expansive youth. DCPC will present this information in a safe and welcoming environment to give audience members the opportunity to ask questions and learn. The focus audience for this presentation is anyone interested in learning more about LGBTQ+ youth, particularly trans and gender expansive youth.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training
Run Time - 120 minutes
This training focuses on education surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion from an LGBTQ+ lens. DCPC will present this information in a safe and welcoming environment to give audience members the opportunity to ask questions and learn. The focus audience for this presentation is anyone, particularly organizations looking to expand their DEI training to be even more inclusive.

Healthy Relationships for Teens
Run Time - 45 minutes
This training focuses on helping teens identify healthy vs. unhealthy relationships. The purpose is to help teens identify and prevent abusive relationships and learn how to protect themselves if they find themselves in this situation. DCPC will present this information in a safe and welcoming environment to give audience members the opportunity to ask questions and learn. The focus audience for this presentation is all teens.

Inclusive Sexual Health Education
Run Time - 45 minutes
This presentation focuses on teaching basic sexual health in a manner that focuses on the LGBTQ+ community. Topics include learning about different genders and sexualities, understanding different types of attraction, and safer sex practices that aren't solely focused on heterosexual intercourse. DCPC will present this information in a safe and welcoming environment to give audience members the opportunity to ask questions and learn. The focus audience for this presentation is anyone interested in learning about sexual health and can be customized to be appropriate for both adults and teens.
